Monthly Web Design Package: Maintenance and edits are included in the Monthly Web Design Package.

Flat Rate Web Design Package: No, you are not required to purchase a maintenance plan. Once your website is created and launched, there is no obligation to sign up for ongoing maintenance. However, you will be responsible for any edits or software and security updates the site may need after launch. If you ever need assistance, we’re always here to help at our standard hourly rate!

We offer two maintenance plans:

1. General Maintenance Plan: This plan ensures that all necessary software updates are applied to your website, keeping it secure and running smoothly.

2. Unlimited Maintenance Plan: In addition to applying all software updates, this plan includes unlimited changes to your existing web pages, allowing for ongoing edits and adjustments as your business evolves.

The General Maintenance plan starts at $60 per month and the Unlimited Maintenance plan starts at $130 per month.  Prices may vary only if you exceed the standard 7-page Core Package.

Absolutely! We are always happy to add pages to your website.  Each additional page is a flat rate of $100.

Yes.  If you purchased one of our optional maintenance plans with our Flat Rate Web Design Package, you can cancel at any time. If you’ve already been charged for the current month, there will be no refunds, but no further charges will occur starting the following month.

If you purchased our Monthly Web Design Package, there is a 6-month minimum subscription, but you can cancel anytime after. If you’ve already been charged for the current month, there will be no refunds, but no further charges will occur starting the following month.

Yes!  If you cancel your maintenance plan, you will still have full ownership of your website and domain. The cancellation only affects the ongoing maintenance; your website and domain remain fully yours.

Yes!  Optimizations made directly on your website to improve its search rankings are included. This includes using the right keywords, improving page speed, mobile-friendliness, and making sure your content is clear and well-structured for both users and search engines.  All web pages will be optimized to improve search engine visibility and help attract more visitors to your site.

We will focus on creating high-quality, meaningful content that not only drives traffic but also adds value for both search engines and visitors. All website copy will be written to ensure it resonates with your audience while following best SEO practices. By addressing the specific questions of your potential clients, we work to enhance your site’s authority and improve its rankings on Google, ultimately helping you attract more leads and customers.

Unfortunately, that is unlikely.  Typically, unless your website has been featured in major publications like the New York Times, top rankings in less than a month is simply not realistic.  There are many scammers that promise quick #1 rankings, but we prefer to be honest and upfront with you.

Smaller markets may see results in a few months, but ultimately, it’s up to Google’s algorithms, the competition in your area, and how quickly your site gains authority. We do everything right on our end, but the speed at which a site ranks is largely in the search engines control.

SEO is a long-term strategy that requires patience. While it’s unlikely to see immediate results, most campaigns start showing benefits within 6-12 months, sometimes sooner. Competing with established sites that have built trust with Google over many years takes time. You will be provided a custom estimate with a clear breakdown of our fees based on the scope of work for your project. Monthly Web Design Package: The only fee required is the first monthly payment and we will begin work on your website.  There is a 6-month minimum contract that includes design, launch, maintenance, and edits. Additions beyond the contracted scope will be priced accordingly and could alter the monthly payment amount.

Flat Rate Web Design Package: We use a 50/50 payment model for new or refreshed websites on the Flat Rate Plan. A 50% deposit is required to begin work at time of contract signing.  The remaining 50% is due a minimum of 7 days prior to website go-live.

Our client’s satisfaction is our top priority. Before the site goes live, we’ll work closely with you to make any necessary changes to ensure it fully meets your expectations. You will review and sign off on the final design, ensuring you’re 100% satisfied with every detail before launch.

Yes.  You may cancel your contract before go-live, but all fees outlined in the contract remain 100% due upon cancellation. All work, including designs and development, remain the exclusive property of LaunchPad Web Designs and cannot be used or transferred without written consent.

Invoices are due upon receipt. Payments not received within 7 days will be considered late and subject to a $50 late fee. If payment is not received within 30 days, web design contracts will be terminated, with the full amount due as outlined in the contract. Additionally, web maintenance plans will be canceled until payment is made in full.
