Yes, emergency restore is included in all plans:

• We restore your site from the most recent clean backup
• Scan and remove malware
• Work to Identify how the hack happened
• Implement additional security measures

Prevention is included too—we monitor for vulnerabilities and patch them before hackers exploit them.

No problem. Additional development work is currently billed at $100/hour (same rate for all plans). We’ll give you a time estimate before starting any work over your included hours.

• Provide final backup of your site

• Transfer ownership of any accounts we managed for you
• Part as friends (seriously—we want you to succeed)

To keep pricing affordable, these are NOT included:

• Major redesigns (new layout, complete visual overhaul)
• New page creation beyond basic duplication
• Content writing (you provide text, we publish it)
• Logo design or branding work
• Advanced SEO services (keyword research, link building, content strategy)
• Paid plugins or premium themes (you purchase, we install/configure)
• Domain registration or hosting fees (separate from maintenance)
