Why can't my hosting company do this?
Hosting companies handle server-level issues (uptime, hardware), but NOT WordPress-specific maintenance like plugin updates, security monitoring, malware removal, content updates, or speed optimization. You need both hosting AND maintenance.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Most clients start with Essential, then adjust based on their actual needs.
What if my site gets hacked?
Emergency recovery is included in all plans. I’ll restore from the most recent clean backup, remove malware, identify how it happened, and implement additional security measures.
Do you work on sites you didn't build?
Absolutely! About 60% of my maintenance clients came with existing WordPress sites built by someone else. I can maintain any WordPress site.
What if I need more development time than included?
Additional work is billed at $100/hour. I’ll give you a time estimate before starting anything over your included hours.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days notice—no penalties, no fees. If you cancel, I’ll provide a final backup and document all settings so you (or your next developer) can take over smoothly.
How do I know you're actually doing the maintenance?
Every month you receive a detailed report showing: updates completed, security scans run, uptime stats, development hours used, performance metrics, and recommendations for improvements. Complete transparency.
What's NOT included?
Major redesigns, new site features beyond your plan’s development hours, content writing, logo design, advanced SEO campaigns, paid plugins/themes (you purchase, I install), and hosting/domain fees. These are available as separate services.
